  2. Latest passport size photograph
  3. Latest Grade Sheet of Grade 10
  4. Payment voucher of Rs. 200 either via E-sewa or QR Code
  • How to make payment through E- Sewa:
  1. Open E-Sewa app
  2. Open Education Fee
  3. Open School Fee Payment
  4. Find Kathmandu University High School
  5. a) Fill required information. b) Mention 11 Registration Fee in Class and Section
  6. Take screenshot or download payment slip and upload it in application form.
  • How to make payment through QR Code:
  1. Open mobile banking app / E- Sewa app
  2. Scan QR Code to pay.
  3. Mention 11 Registration Fee and Name of Student in Remarks
  4. Take screenshot or download payment slip and upload it in application form.

(While making the payment, please write the student’s name in the payment voucher compulsory. If you are submitting the form online, please upload the above documents and if you are submitting the form physically, attach all the documents in the submission process.)
