KUHS, Kavre invites your sealed quotation for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, configuration, and basic user orientation of Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPD) as per the attached technical specifications and terms & conditions.

The required quantity is as follows:

The quoted price shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, VAT, transportation, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, configuration, user orientation, accessories, and all other charges required for complete supply and operation of the equipment.

The quotation shall be submitted to:

The quotation shall remain valid for a minimum period of 45 days from the date of submission.

KUHS, Kavre reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, wholly or partially, in accordance with its procurement procedures.

General Terms and Conditions

The bidder/vendor shall comply with the following terms and conditions:

• Supply of Genuine Equipment

The offered equipment shall be brand new, genuine, unused, defect-free, and of the latest available model from the manufacturer.

• Compliance with Technical Specification

The offered product shall meet or exceed all minimum technical requirements specified in this RFQ. The bidder shall clearly indicate compliance with each specification and submit supporting manufacturer documents.

• Brand, Model and Manufacturer Details
  The bidder shall clearly mention the:
  • Brand name,
  • Model number,
  • Manufacturer name,
  • Country of origin,
    along with official product brochure/datasheet.
• Inclusive Quoted Price
  The quoted price shall be inclusive of all applicable costs, including but not limited to:
  • VAT and applicable taxes,
  • Customs duties (if applicable),
  • Transportation,
  • Delivery,
  • Loading and unloading,
  • Insurance (if applicable),
  • Installation,
  • Testing,
  • Commissioning,
  • Configuration,
  • Basic user orientation/training,
  • Any other incidental expenses required for complete supply and operation of the equipment.
• Accessories and Required Components
  The supplier shall provide all necessary accessories, mounting hardware, interface cables, power cables, connectors, installation materials, software, and any other components required for complete installation and proper operation of the system at no additional cost.
• Delivery, Installation and Commissioning
  The successful bidder shall ensure delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, configuration, and successful operation of the equipment at the designated location before final acceptance by KUHS, Kavre.
• User Orientation/Training
  The supplier shall provide basic operational training and user orientation to designated school users during installation at no additional cost.
• Documentation
  The supplier shall provide original manufacturer documentation, including:
  • User manuals,
  • Warranty certificates,
  • Product brochures/datasheets,
  • Other relevant technical documents.
• Warranty Service
  During the warranty period, repair or replacement of defective parts/components shall be provided without additional cost. The supplier shall provide necessary technical support for satisfactory operation of the supplied equipment.
• Quotation Validity
  The quotation shall remain valid for a minimum period of 45 days from the date of submission.
• Price Variation
  No additional charges shall be accepted after submission of quotation for any item, service, accessory, component, or activity required for complete installation and satisfactory operation of the system.
• Acceptance of Equipment
  KUHS, Kavre reserves the right to inspect, test, and verify the supplied equipment against the approved specifications before final acceptance.
• Right to Accept or Reject
  KUHS, Kavre reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, wholly or partially, that does not substantially comply with the requirements stated in this RFQ.
• Procurement Compliance
  The procurement process shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable procurement procedures and internal policies of KUHS, Kavre.
