It is with great honor and deep gratitude that I write to you as the new Principal of KUHS where I proudly spent the last 16 years serving in various positions. Over the years, I have personally seen the impressive growth and progress our school community, and I am committed to nurturing this with renewed thirst and devotion. We have built a strong foundation of respect, learning, and collaboration with the engagement of all the stakeholders. My goal now is to foster an environment that develops confidence in all students to make them valued, inspired, and prepared for success, not only in academics but also as empathetic members of the community.

Half Yearly Examination
The Half Yearly Examination begins from 27th November, 2025 and the exam routines are sent today along with the students. There will be a change in the departure schedules of the students which we will notify later. Please ask your wards to prepare accordingly.
Fees
Most of the students’ fees are cleared every month but some students’ fees are still in the pending status. So, we humbly request to clear all the dues of the students until Kartik month since the students’ fees are the only source of the operation of the school.
Tea Hike
The students of Class 6 are going for a Tea Hike on 11th November, 2025. They will be having an early lunch at 9 am and move towards Banepa Layaku, Banepa. The Hike starts at 10:00 am and after the completion of the programme they will return back to the school.
Dance Competition
Our school's Solo Dance Competition was held on 2082/07/19. It started at 11:30 am where Class the performance of Class 1 - 3 started at first and ended at 2:15 pm. Many students took part in the competition and there was even an audition round in the earlier week. Some students performed in traditional songs while some in pop songs. And after snacks class 4's competition started. I was also one of the participants. Class 5 and 6's competition was held the day after because it was time for going home.

One Day Excursion
The students from Class 1 to 10 are going for a one-day school excursion on Monday, 10th November, 2025. Please find the list of the destinations for different classes along with teacher's name. The students will arrive at school, have early lunch and move towards the given destinations.

Note: Please send your child in track suit, comfortable shoes, cap and a bag equipped with cooked food/dry-food/fruits/juice paper napkins and a filled water bottle. But, for Class 8 and 10 students, please send Rs. 400 to enjoy Pahachhe and Kaulachhe in the venues. If you have any queries, please contact the staff respectively.
