10 Magsir, 2082 Dear Parents/Guardians, We would like to remind you that the Half Yearly Examination, 2082 begins from 11th Mangsir until 19th Mangsir, 2082. The students will have early departure from school from tomorrow in the exam days to provide them with additional time to prepare and revise for their exams. Both lunch and snacks is provided for the students of Junior Wing (Class 1-6). However, only lunch will be served for the Senior Wing (Classes 7 to 10) since they are leaving just after their lunch. Hostellers also go home earlier on Friday, Mangsir 12 and next Friday, Mangsir 19. The departure time for hostellers on those days is 1 pm from the school. Early Dismissal Schedule (Day scholar) Classes 7 to 10 : 12:10 pm Classes 1 to 6 : 1:10 pm Staff Bus : 2:00 pm However, students who have been using staff bus have to follow hostellers’ time table for Friday, Mangsir 9 and Friday, Mangsir 12. Please note that regular bus services will be adjusted accordingly. We kindly request you to deposit all the outstanding fees at the earliest. We also kindly request you to insure all the writing and mathematical instrument with your child during exam period. This arrangement is intended to help students focus on their studies and manage their time more effectively during the exam period.
