We are delighted to extend our warmest invitation to you to participate in the Annual School’s Celebration organized by our school. An invitation card has been enclosed with this letter which has the details of the programme. Please bring your invitation card on the celebration day.

Thank you for your continued support and participation in our initiatives. We look forward to welcoming you and your child to the events and creating lasting memories together. Should you have any questions and concerns regarding the event, please do not hesitate to contact us. As we want to ensure the utmost convenience to you, we are pleased to provide the following provisions and details.

Transportation (Arrival and Departure): We have arranged limited transportation services to and from the event venue on the day of celebration. The arrival schedule for the classes 11 and 12 and classes 7 to 10 will remain the same. However, children from Classes 1 to 6 are requested to come in the senior buses which means children are supposed to come 45 minutes earlier than the scheduled time.

The dayscholar student’s parents can take their students with them only after the performances of Class 1-6 is over. However, they should reach to the Students’ Outgoing Counter and get the student’s list signed. There will be regular buses in all the routes after the programme is over. Parents may use the transportation facilities.

Bus Schedule: The buses for the parents are as per the following schedule:

Bus 1: Panauti/KU Departure at 9:00 am from Panauti (Contact Person Ram Koirala-9841532812)

Bus 2: Chardobato/ Dhulikhel Sabji Bhandar Departure at 9:20 am from Chardobato

Bus 3: Kathmandu (Opposite to Civil Hospital) Departure at 8:30 am (Contact Person Bikram Bhandari-9841264622)

Bus 4: Kathmandu (Opposite to the Civil Hospital) Departure at 8:30 am (Contact Person Bikram Bhandari-9841264622)

Food arrangement: Early Lunch will be provided to all the students in the morning in the school’s dining hall, so we ask day scholar students only to have light breakfast at home. Buffet Lunch will be served to all the parents and the students on the specified time.

You must bring Lunch Coupon attached with the invitation card.

Programme schedule: A detailed program schedule will be provided later however as per our schedule performances of the classes 1 to 6 will be at first two hours and the 7 to 12 will be at last two hours. The scheduled outlines the activities planned for the day. We have invited only parents this year and there are no guests from outside the school family and have any speakers from outside either.

Costume distribution and grooming: The costumes required for the performances will be managed by the school and will be provided to the children on Tuesday, 26 Falgun. These costumes will be collected back only on Thursday, 28 Falgun, 2082. We request you to provide the required Makeup/Grooming at home. However, the school will take responsibilities to the hostellers.
