KUHS invites sealed quotations to organize tour programs for students.

 

Kathmandu University High School invites sealed quotations from eligible and experienced tour agencies to organize tour programs for students during the winter vacation

 

1. Scope of Work: Organizing educational and recreational tours tailored for school students
2. Tour Period: Starting from 5 January, 2026
3. Requirements:

• Comprehensive itinerary planning and execution
• Arrangement of transportation, accommodations, and meals
• Competitive cost proposals (inclusive of taxes)
• Transportation: Please refer to the detail plan.
• Accommodation plan for 3 sharing basis in rooms (2 star hotel facilities)
• Complimentary Teacher participation (15 students equal 1 teacher)

4. Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a registered tour agency with valid credentials.
• Proven track record in conducting school-based tours
• Submission of company registration, fax clearance, and references

5. Submission Guidelines:

Quotations should be submitted in a sealed envelope labelled "Sealed Quotation for Tour Program - KUHS Winter Vacation."

Deadline for submission: Before 2:00 pm on 8, December 2025

6. Tour destinations:
   1. Kanyam - Darjeeling - Sikkim (Gangtok) Tour: 6 nights 7 days
   2. Beni-Jomsom - Muktinath - Marpha - Pokhara Tour: 5 nights 6 days
   3. Pokhara - Australian Camp - Landruk - Ghandruk - Pokhara Tour: 5 nights 6 days

The school reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason. Please submit all the details in a sealed envelope at KUHS Administration Department within the given deadline.
