REQUEST FOR SEALED QUOTATIONS MEDALS

Subject: Supply of Medals to Schools

KUHS invites sealed quotations from qualified suppliers as listed in standing list of the school for the provision of medals to be distributed to schools.

Requirements:

1. Type of Medals: (Gold, Silver, Bronze)
2. Design: Custom design as per the school’s specifications.
3. Packaging: Medals to be packed securely to prevent damage during transportation.
4. Kind of Medal: Star Medal (7mm)
5. Medal Lanyard: Lanyard for each medal, featuring the school logo and name.

Submission Guidelines:

• Interested suppliers are requested to submit their sealed quotations in the school administration no later than 2:00 pm, 18 December, 2024
• The quotation must include:
  • Unit price and total cost (inclusive of taxes).
  • Delivery timeline.
  • Sample designs or past work (if available).

Selection Criteria: The supplier will be selected based on:

• Quality of the medals.
• Competitive pricing.
• Delivery timeline.
