School Timings during First Term Examination 2083

Dear Parents/ Guardians

Greetings from KUHS!

As we approach the First Terminal Examination 2083, we would like to inform you that students will have early departure from school from coming Thursday, Asadh 32 –Friday, 8 Shrawan, to provide them with additional time to prepare and revise for their First Terminal Exams.

Examination Time:

Class 7-10: 8:45 am-11:15 am             Class 4-6: 10:45am-12:45 pm

Early Dismissal Schedule (Day scholar)

Classes 7 to 10: 12:15 pm                Classes 1 to 6: 1:15 pm

Staff Bus: 1:30 pm.

Staff Bus Users: Students who have been using staff bus have to follow hostellers’ time table for Friday, Shrawan 1 and Friday, Shrawan 8 2083.

Lunch and Snacks: For Junior wings (Classes 1 to 6) they will be provided both lunch and snacks. However, only lunch will be served for the senior wings (Classes 7 to 10).

Home Weekend for Hostellers: Hostellers go home earlier on coming Friday, Shrawan 1 and next Friday, Shrawan 8. The departure time for hostellers on those days is 1 pm from the school.

Result Distribution: 9.30 am- 12.30 pm, Shrawan 23, 2083, Saturday

Please note that regular bus services will be adjusted accordingly. We kindly request you to deposit all the outstanding fees at the earliest. We also kindly request you to insure all the writing and mathematical instrument with your child during exam period.
