Early Departure Notice during Frist Terminal Examination

Dear Parents,

As we approach the upcoming examination period, we would like to inform you that students will have early departure from school from coming Thursday (Shrawan 1 to Friday Shrawan 9) to provide them with additional time to prepare and revise for their First Terminal Exams. For junior wings (Classes 1 to 6) they will be provided both lunch and snacks. However, only lunch will be served for the senior wings (Classes 7 to 10).

Hostellers also go home earlier on coming Friday (Shrawan 2 and next Friday, Shrawan 9). The departure time for hostellers on those days is 1:00 pm from the school.

Early Dismissal Schedule (Day Scholar)
Classes 7 to 10 : 12:05 pm
Classes 1 to 6 : 1:00 pm
Staff Bus : 2:00 pm. However, students who have been using staff bus have to follow hostellers’ timetable for Shrawan 2, Friday and Shrawan 9, Friday.

Please note that regular bus services will be adjusted accordingly. We kindly request you to deposit all the outstanding fees at the earliest. We also kindly request you to insure all the writing and mathematical instrument with your child during exam period.

This arrangement is intended to help students focus on their studies and manage their time more effectively during the exam period. We encourage you to support them by providing a quiet and conducive environment for the study at home.
