As the academic session, 2079 comes to a close end and another session comes to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for your continued support and partnership throughout the academic year. Your active involvement and participation have been essential in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our students.

We are proud of our collective achievements and the progress that our students have made over the past year. We have seen tremendous growth in their academic, social, and emotional development, and it is a testament to the hard work of our dedicated faculty and staff.

As we prepare for the upcoming session, I want to reassure you that we are committed to providing the best possible educational experience for our students. We will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that our students receive a well-rounded education that prepares them for the challenges of the future.

We hope that the students will have a restful and enjoyable break after the exam, and we look forward to welcoming you back to our school community in the coming session.

The final exam of the students will begin from 22nd March until 31st March, 2023. The Hostellers will go home at 12 in the final exam day. The result of the exam will be on Wednesday, 5th April 2023 between 9 am to 12 noon. We kindly request the parents and guardians to visit the school and receive the ward’s result.  However, Class 8 BLE exam and Class 10 board exam has a different schedule which has been given to the students in a separate newsletter. Hostellers’ except class 10 are requested to take all their belongings on the result day as we need to do a lot of repair and maintenance during the break. All the dues through Chaitra 2079 must be cleared in order to receive the ward’s results. We also request the students to return all library books.

Exam Duration: 

  • For Class 9: Chaitra 13 and 17, Exam Time: – 9 am- 12pm
  • For Class 8:  Chaitra 12, exam time: – 9-12pm
  • For Class 8 and 9: In rest of the days, exam time: – 9:30am – 11:45pm
  • For Class 6-7:  Chaitra 10 -17, exam time: – 9:30am-11:45pm
  • Departure Time: 12.15 pm


We expect that no students will leave the school. However, if the parents/guardians are going to withdraw the child, please inform us by Chaitra 30, 2079. Failing to do so and still leaving the school later will result in the adjustment of the Baisakh fees with the caution money. We always acknowledge your positive feedback and suggestions. If you have any queries, please let us know either by email or a phone call. You can even talk directly with the Principal or the Vice Principal.


We are pleased to inform you that the school does not charge any annual fees once the student is admitted. However we kindly request you to deposit the monthly fee for Baisakh as a confirmation that your child continuing the school. At the moment, please deposit the old fee since the new fee structure (slight increment because of the inflation rate in the market) is not finalized yet.


The new academic session for Class 1 to 10 begins on Tuesday, 25th April, 2023. We expect all the students to arrive at school with complete sets of their belongings. However, new textbooks and exercise books will be provided by the school on the day of arrival.


All the hostel students must come with a complete set of uniforms. We would also like to request that you to stitch the registration number in uniforms permanently. If students fail to come with a complete set of uniforms, they will not be allowed to stay in hostel. Please do not come with winter clothes right now. The information regarding the uniform house will be sent later.
